Rick and Susie are the founders and owners of Weed, Inc. They were married in 1974 and started the company shortly thereafter. Both retired, Rick and Susie enjoy traveling together, boating in Florida and on Tippy Lake, and spending time with their three girls and seven awesome grandkids.

Tom is our longest standing employee, having started at Weed, Inc. in 1993. Tom has forged strong bonds with many of our long-term customers and particularly enjoys conversing with those in the farming community.

Steve is a U.S. Army veteran and began employment at Weed, Inc. in 2007. Along with pumping and service work, Steve has a vast mechanical background and helps keep our trucks on the road.

Joining the company in 2015 and known by all for his sense of humor and compassion for others, Jerry also has a strong work ethic and can always be counted on to go the extra mile for our customers.

Angie has worked in the Weed, Inc. office since 1997. After Susie retired in 2017, Angie took over the role of office manager. She is married to Brandon and has four very active kids.

Ashley is the youngest of the three "Weed Girls." After working in the office for a short time in 2014, she returned in August 2018. In addition to customer service, Ashley also handles our marketing and social media.

Hobbies and interests: Kayaking, discovering new music, cruising in my old Jeep Wrangler, hanging out at the family's Tippy Lake cottage, spending time with my nieces and nephews, anything to do with dogs

Something on your bucket list: Own a therapy dog for nursing home and hospital visits; finally learn how to drive a boat after spending every summer of my life on Tippy Lake

Favorite meal: Steak cooked medium rare, grilled asparagus, and mashed potatoes

Favorite thing about working at Weed, Inc.: Helping to continue the legacy my parents worked hard to build and working with family-both my literal family members and the guys who have become family to me.

Lucy is our official office dog! She loves coming to work with her mom, Ashley. Her favorite thing about working at Weed, Inc. is seeing "her boys" when they return to the office at the end of the day. When she's not at work (and even when she is), Lucy enjoys napping, snoozing, resting, and getting treats anytime she can manage it.
